What are the 5 conditions to start the journey of VIVO IPL 2020 ?

On Sunday the Indian Government relaxed restrictions on sporting events allowing them to open stadiums, but there are five conditions. Viewed this conditions it looks IPL could take place in 2020.

1st Condition: No Audience Allowed.

Stadiums can open but no audience can buy a ticket for IPL matches or any type of sport related tournament. Government don't give this permission if it is red zone, green zone or orange zone. Government thinks about the matter of spreadness of corona virus.If audiences are allowed this virus can easily spread among people because there will be thousands of audience in the IPL match. And The government shouldn’t take any risk. Now the question is what's the benefit can take IPL in this system. I think this is direct benefit for IPL.BCCI gets a chance to make a plan. If BCCI want they can start IPL in empty gallery this year. If BCCI wants to fill the gallery they should wait for a few days because within 31st may government may give more deals, may they give the permission to open stadiums with audience in few areas.

2nd Condition: Matches only in Green & Orange zone.

This condition is very much effective for IPL. In this green & orange zone based area inter city inter district matches can take place. In these two zone any type of sport related tournament can held without red zone.
Green city like,
1.Raipur,
2.Ranchi,
3.Guwahati,
4.Dharmshala,
5.Dehradun,
6.Guwahati.

In this city IPL can held but in-
Red city like
1.Mumbai,
2.Mohali,
3.Delhi,
4.Jaipur,
5.Indore,
6.Chennai,
7.Kolkata.

It can't.

3rd Condition: Practice only on Red zone

By realizing that Olympic Committee of BCCI and IPL this two are the most Competitive sports comity, the government try to open stadiums for whole country, thus the players who are now in home can find place to practice. Next-year Olympic, this year world cup t20 going to held. So the players need to give space to practice. For this reason the Stadium of red zone will open.

4th Condition: No Foreigner Allowed

Foreign players or foreign couch can't make entry in this county for all the sports. This is bad news for IPL 2020. But in 31st may good news can come.

5th Condition: Permission should be asked for Intercity Match fom country government

This is a good news for IPL because IPL is also an intercity game. In IPL matches held between city vs city like Kolkata vs Mumbai.

These are the conditions of government.Now this is the time for BCCI to make plan for IPL.As most of all these conditions are favourite for IPL, within May 31 many deals might comes from the government which will also helpful for the journey of IPL.
