What action can the BCCI take against the PCB based on IPL starting date

The Pakistan Cricket Board opposed the BCCI at the ICC board meeting because the PCB did not want the IPL to be held in  October-November during the time of  World Cup t20. Although the BCCI did not suffer any loss in this opposition to the PCB, if the BCCI counter-attacks the PCB this time, the PCB will be completely trapped. If the BCCI is prepared to respond  and the BCCI could take five big verdicts against Pakistan. The Pakistan Super League (PSL) could suffer a lot due to the BCCI's verdict. 1st verdict : PSL Cancellation

The Pakistan Super League is held in Pakistan in February and March. Pakistan has been earning a lot from PSL for the last 2-3 years. But there are a lot of issu that psl can be closed if BCCI addresses. The biggest issue is the foreign players. But the Pakistan Super League is still a headache for foreign players. The PSL plans to raise the salaries of foreign players in the near future so that foreign players can come and the PSL becomes more vibrant.
The BCCI could play a big role in this regard. Since Pakistan has opposed the BCCI in the ICC board meeting, the BCCI can do it if it wants to by telling the big players not to play in the PSL. The BCCI has done this 1 or 2 times before. But the BCCI has not done it strictly before because Pakistan has not done such an activity before. But BCCI can increase it because without the presence of foreign players, the popularity of PSL will not increase because only spectators in Pakistan will see it. The BCCI has so much power that a player cannot play in the PSL if they want to. The use of this power could be seen by the BCCI which would be a big loss for the PSL.

2nd verdict : Dubai Home Matches

Earlier, all Pakistan cricket was held in Dubai. Before 2009, when Pakistani cricket was played only in Pakistan, there was a lot of chaos and once Sri Lankan cricket was attacked, they then moved to Dubai. All of Pakistan's domestic series over the last 10 years have been held in Dubai. In this case, the BCCI has an upper hand. The BCCI has 10 times more power than Pakistan Cricket has in Dubai. In Dubai, the BCCI can stop Pakistan's domestic series if it wants. If there is no series in Pakistan in Dubai then big teams like Australia England South Africa they will not play series ahead of Pakistan because they do not want to go to Pakistan. As a result, the series in Dubai will no longer be held and the Pakistan Cricket Board will suffer financially.

3rd verdict : Asia Cup Cancellation

The third verdict to be taken by the BCCI is related to the Asia Cup. The BCCI had already opened the Asia Cup window. The BCCI could have planned the IPL from September 1 if it wanted to. But since the Asia Cup starts in September and all the earnings from the Asia Cup will go to Pakistan. For this reason, the BCCI will start planning for the IPL on September 25 instead of September 1. The BCCI gave the Pakistan Cricket Board a chance through this planning. But in the result, the Pakistan Cricket Board is opposed. So it is possible that the Indian cricket team will not gone to play in the Asia Cup this year. In other words, the BCCI may boycott this year's Asia Cup. If such a situation arises then Asia Cup cannot be held. The Asia Cup is basically held in India's viewership. If India doesn't go this year, who will play and who will watch? No one will play, no one will watch, so the Asia Cup will be a flop. If the IPL is held, the viewership will increase a lot, the ICC will earn a lot of money and the cash crunch will end, even after having so many benefits, when there is a dispute over the IPL, the BCCI can stay against the Asia Cup if it wants to. If that happens then the Asia Cup will be a huge loss and Pakistan will lose a lot because the money earned from the Asia Cup will go to Pakistan this year.

4th verdict : PSL Corruption Issue

Looking at cricket from behind the scenes, the most corrupt league is the Pakistan Super League because PSL's income management is not good. When the Pakistan Super League first started in 2016, the big corruption issue came to the fore. The corruption of PSL is so big that its big owners are drowning in this corruption and the BCCI and the ICC have an idea about this corruption issue. Although Pakistan says IPL is a nonsense domestic league but inside Pakistan Super League is a corrupt league. The Pakistan Super League spot-fixing case also came to the fore. If this corruption is exposed then Pakistan Super League and Pakistan Cricket Board will suffer a lot for the future.
If the BCCI releases one then Pakistan will suffer more because the BCCI has all these resources but the BCCI is not doing it.

5th verdict : International Boycott

If the international teams continue to boycott Pakistan,If Australia doesn't have Pakistan match in Australia, if Dubai doesn't have Australia match between Pakistan, if Australia doesn't have Pakistan series, then Pakistan will be in a lot of threat. They can't imagine what the Pakistan Cricket Board will be like in such a situation. This is a very big decision that BCCI can take against the PCB.

The above decisions can be taken by BCCI against Pakistan because the PCB was the first to raise allegations against the IPL and the BCCI at the ICC meeting.
